Warranty informations

At Geekz, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Every item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our standards and arrives ready for use at your gaming table.

Warranty Coverage

All Geekz products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects and material faults that occur during normal, intended use.

The warranty covers:

  • Structural defects caused by production errors
  • Faults in materials used during manufacturing
  • Issues affecting normal product functionality

What Is Not Covered

  • The warranty does not apply to:
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or misuse
  • Natural variations in handcrafted or natural-material products (such as stone patterns, color differences, or minor surface variations)
  • Damage resulting from modifications or unauthorized repairs

Handmade & Natural Materials

Many Geekz products are handcrafted or made from natural materials such as wood or gemstone. Because of this, slight differences in color, texture, weight, or pattern are not considered defects, but a natural part of each item’s unique character.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product is defective:

  • Contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue
  • Include clear photos showing the defect
  • Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps

If the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund—depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Additional Information

This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable law. For any questions regarding warranty coverage or product care, our support team is always happy to help.
