Handmade & Natural Materials
Many Geekz products are handcrafted or made from natural materials such as wood or gemstone. Because of this, slight differences in color, texture, weight, or pattern are not considered defects, but a natural part of each item’s unique character.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product is defective:
